Course Programme Outcomes
- The course is designed to develop awareness of the relationship between individual beliefs: attitudes and behaviours and the wider society and culture.
- Students will obtain a sociological understanding of diverse social groups, organization and social institutions. Social institutions are usually conceived of as the basic focuses of social organization: common to all societies.
- Agrarian Societies are characterized by their dependence on outside energy flows: low energy: density: and the limited possibilities of converting one every form into another. In order to increase production an agrarian society must either increase the intensity of production.
- To understand the basic concepts in sociology and their fundamental theoretical interrelationship: such that students will be able do offline: gives examples: show interrelationships and demonstrate the relevance.
